What are the specifications of the printing process in terms of paper quality?

The fine art photograph will be giclée printed on museum-standard paper with an archival lifespan of up to 100 years.

Are there different print sizes available?

Currently, we provide three sizes. Custom sizes can be arranged upon request.

ORDERING PRINTS

How long does it usually take to produce prints?

Prints take 5-7 business days to produce your prints, and once they are ready, they will be shipped.

SHIPPING

How long does shipping usually take for orders delivered?

Shipping typically requires 2-5 days for North America, the UK, and the EU. For the Rest of the World, shipping may extend to approximately 14 days. Please be aware that customs duties may be imposed on deliveries to the Rest of the World.

What if I encounter a problem with a print or it was delivered damaged?

We do our best to make sure that prints never arrive damaged. If this happens, contact us with proper documentation and we will arrange for a replacement.

FRAMING

Do you offer framing?

Yes, if you are interested in having your prints framed kindly let us know. Shipping which includes framing may take up to 8 weeks due to current shipping and global chain challenges. Customs duties may apply to frames when being delivered to EU countries and outside the United States.

What is the recommended type of for framing art prints to protect them from UV damage and longevity?

The print will shift in color and reflect if you display it in a room that has windows. We strongly advise the use of UV-protected glass or UV-protected plexiglass for framing your prints. These are commonly available at local glass or frame shops. Most off-the-shelf frames from discount stores do not include UV glass.
